This prize draw is open for entry from 1 October 2023 – 31 December 2023 inclusive. Entries must be received by 11.59 pm on 31 December 2023.

The Prize

The prize includes a £600 Darwin Escapes holiday voucher, redeemable once,  for use at either Woodside Bay Lodge Retreat or Woodside Coastal Retreat.

It is permissible to supplement this voucher with additional funds for a stay exceeding the voucher’s value.

In the event that the accommodation booking is less than the voucher’s total value, any remaining funds will be forfeited.

The stay must be booked and taken within 12 months from the closing date of the competition.

The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Prize redemption is contingent upon availability.

The prize does not cover travel insurance, spending money, or travel expenses.

The recipient of the prize must be at least 18 years of age.

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for all occupants during their stay and any actions or omissions, even if the primary guest does not personally stay at the accommodation during the booking period.

Once the prize package has been booked, alternative dates cannot be selected.

The winner will also receives a £200 Wightlink ferry voucher for cross-Solent travel.

This prize draw is open to entrants resident in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over except employees of the Promoter or of any of their group companies. Only one entry will be accepted per person. No automated, third-party or bulk entries. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries, or those not received for whatever reason.

There is no cash alternative (in full or in part) to the prize, and each part of the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a similar prize or prize of equal or greater value if necessary. If the holiday is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the arrival date, then it will not be rescheduled, and the prize will be lost

The winner will be the first name selected at random by an independently verified computer system from all entries received by the closing date. The winner will be notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted within five working days, the prize will be forfeited.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s personal data will be shared with all prize providers in order to ensure fulfilment of the competition prize.
