Hi there, I'm trying to apply for a card that gives me 0% on balance transfer with 0% fee the only ones that seem to be available are Natwest (or sister companies), Barclaycard or Santander, the cards I want to transfer from are Barclays and Santander so those are ruled out. So i tried with Natwest, when I got to the register login details step it says I already have a digital account, but when I entered those details it errored out.  I did have the digital account, I did open and close a Natwest current account to take advntage of the £200 switch offer, but the account is now closed.  When I rang up customer services I was told the details are held on account for 10 years, but as I closed it, then it cant continue.  The advice was to try one of the sister banks instead.  I cant do this as I also took advantage of the switch offer with both those banks.
Seems a bit bizarre, that my details are still held after the account is closed, any suggestions?

Indeed, I had the same with Santander, when I did a switch to them for a bonus, they still had my old customer details, even the amount of interest I'd earned from the old 123 account, can't see why OP can't just open a new account

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
