'Studio' non-existent customer service.

My wife needs to return an item to Studio but there was no returns label on or in the package.  I messaged Studio on my wife's behalf asking where we could locate the Returns form - it isn't on the page of their website that Studio claims it to be on.
They refused to tell me, because I'm not their customer. 
My wife then tried to use their e-mail system and has just been sent round in circles.  She titled the e-mail "Returns form is not where is says on the website".  She explained that there was no form with the package and that the returns form is not on the page of the website.  She accidentally mistyped the order number and that was queried, so there is obviously human intervention at some point.  Nevertheless, the reply was to use the returns form from the package or download it from the page they provided the link to.  That page is the one where they claim a copy of the returns form resides, and it doesn't.
She got back to them and explained the situation again, asking if they could provide a PDF version which we can download.  Once again they apologised for the inconvenience and promptly repeated the advise they had previously given.  They are utterly hopeless.
