Also for anyone who has an Insta following ban at the moment, when you think it's letting you follow on your phone, it's not actually working. When you go back to the page you're not following again even though initially it looks like you are.

Congratulations! and thanks for the heads up on the Instagram ban thing. I was banned a couple of times for small periods at the beginning as I was literally entering one after the other and not posting any content of my own. Have learned my lesson now and give it a bit of breathing space just by checking the end dates for the comps and spreading them out.1
