They Don't do refunds, maybe you could get it back from your bank

Thanks for posting the codes. I couldn't book until this evening as was waiting on the OH getting her holiday confirmed. Managed to get a site in N Wales but had to pay the £27.50 per person rate (first time we've ever paid more than the basic rate, although we've got an upgraded unit for that). Could have had a dog friendly one for £14.50 pp but would have had to pay £10.00 extra for a dog we don't have and felt it was unfair to take it when someone with a dog may need it.

Just received my Eurocamp details so it's finally been confirmed. Unfortunately though the DoBs are all incorrect, no idea what's happened with the sun to eurocamp communication there?! I cannot seem to change my details online so will now need to email them.

Just wondering, does the holiday include bedding?

The prices are about the same as the tour operators at the minute for the holiday I am interested in but the bedding is extra with the tour operators. I cant seem to find out if it is included with the sun holiday price?

I think it's generally not included. The individual holiday will tell you if different
