When I reserved a toy reduced to 8.99, when I went in the next day, it had gone back up to its full price, yet the assistant said they had to sell it to me at the price I'd reserved it at.

Presumably if the price had gone down you would insist that you paid the higher price you reserved it at?
Argos have always insisted you pay the instore price, irrespective of what you reserved it at. I've had big run-ins with managers about this before and always left empty-handed.

I got a reservation number, but it said it would email me or send me a text when it comes in stock. Never had this before its either been out of stock or just been told to collect it within 2 days inc the day I ordered

Showing as in stock for delivery for me, none for collection at my nearby stores though.

Annoying, as I said before none in stock anywhere near me but still showing as in stock for home delivery even though once they get all you details they tell you its out of stock.

Awww got all giddy then when I saw the title..went onto argos to reserve one for my lad to keep in for his birthday..it let me order one for collection on Friday...then told me it was out of stock :mad: :mad:

If anyone in East Yorkshire managed to get one they don't now want..I'll gladly buy it from you!
