The company would be interested if they were making no sales. Suggests it is an isolated problem, not systemic.

My card was declined my local post office.
Bank could not see any problem with the card . Nor was there any record of payment being requested.
He suggested there was a problem woth the link from the macine to the bank and to try again. If no success to contact them again.
Next day I tried it again at the Post office and it worked.
