Wrong address - delivered and now won't refund me

Some sites will retain all previously entered address & default to the oldest, unless you make another the default.jaydeycakes said:I didn't have to put any information in the address section when I put the order in, I know it must have been on the final confirmation page but the address was taken from previous orders, which is why I was confused they had used an address I hadn't used for 8 months. I know it is my own fault that I assumed they would have populated the most recently used address, but I also (clearly wrongly) assumed going through all the procedures to correct the mistake may have given my grievance more weight 🙁🙁😕
I would look in your account with them & see if old address is still there & if you can delete it.Life in the slow lane0
