Can't print DPD label using Packlink

Options
when I create a label with DPD using Packlink, the label is in the very top left hand corner of the page on the preview, and when I print it out, it cuts off the top and the left by a 3-4mm so the address isn't readable.
the only options I have are to make it bigger, If I scale it up to fit printable area it still cuts off part of it.
this only happens with DPD labels using packlink
I've just had to resort to print screen, edit and paste into Paint and print it off that way but surely there must be another way to just get them to print out properly like all the other labels do?

Can you set your paper size/layout?
  • all of the paper size options I have still put the label as far to the left and top as possible so if cuts part of it off

the scale options I have are shown in the picture.

fit to paper and fit printable area just fill the page with the label so it's massive, I did that a few weeks ago and the shop struggled to scan it and complained. it did work eventually they just had to hold the scanner a metre away

The problem is the print preview doesn't actually reflect what gets printed out. I have just realised with some trial and error (lots of wasted paper) that if I select "A5" and "fit to paper" it makes a 140mm square label with only the top slightly cut off so that will do for now

    What browser are you using?
We use the parcelforce Web app in work. If we use Chrome then it does as the DPD label does and we lose a portion of the top and left. If we use Edge then it just puts it in the centre of an A4 page

I'm using Chrome. I'll try downloading the label and opening with Edge and print from there to see what happens the next time I send a parcel with DPD thanks
