Good afternoon. No big plans for today, party foods for tea. All the DC have been sent for showers and fresh PJs. DH has just started a jigsaw DD1 bought him last year and as I know we aren't going anywhere today now, I've sorted the accounts ready for the 1st of the month.

Creation 306.42 - PAID was actually 308 something with the inerest
Creation 659.00- PAID

I've left £500 in the gas and electric account,  moved the monthly amounts for yearly payments out to another account and there's £565 in the emergency/house fund account (we need a LOT of decorating/work doing so will have to come out of this account for now.

New total £965.42/£9813.84 paid 8848.42 to go.

Hi there,
We were paying £52 for broadband with BT but saw on MSE that you can get cheaper broadband if on UC. We called and they switched to the cheaper tariff, we didn't need a new hub or anything. 
We now have faster BB for £20 a month! 
Worth looking into x

Thanks Winkflower I'll have another look but I think last time I looked at it the CTC claimants weren't included. As we have to switch to UC next week (waiting until the day after CTC goes in so we only have the 5 weeks with no money) I'll have another look.

Didn't get up until almost 10 as not sleeping again,  was still wide awake at 4am. Ots a quiet day today, just got to fetch DD3s friend for a sleepover. If it stays dry we might get out for a walk this afternoon.

Just a quick post.
.Didn't get for a walk as its been raining pretty much all day but did spend way too long on the jigsaw until it got to dark and we had to stop. DD3 and her friend have decided they are staying in the conservatory tonight with all the christmas lights on so they will be coming down tomorrow instead of today.

Nothing spent today.

Just a quick post to keep in the habit.
Another NSD today. No bills have come out either.
Started taking the tree and decorations down.
Trying to have an early night as DS2 is back at college in the morning but currently sat watching Fool me once instead.

Good evening. Just another quick post. I've spent today starting the declutter and sorting through some boxes and thrown out a few things.
I had DGD this afternoon as DD1 had a doctors appointment and then she took me to fetch DS2 from college. That's as exciting as my day got.

I've not spent anything but DH spent £2.79 at work last night. I've no plans for tomorrow either so should be spend free for me (DH will buy his drink and snacks at work).

Going up to be to finish Fool me once and Going to enjoy the last lay in tomorrow before the girls go back to school Monday.

Another quiet day here today. Spent 20 minutes helping the girls clean there room and then sorted through a shelf in the bathroom.
DH spent £2.79 at work and then £4.77 on deodorants this morning. Some more bills have come out so added to my notepad. I will know where every penny is going.

Still nothing to report here really,  I suppose that's a good thing as means I don't spend any money. DH has spent a few bits at work and I've had the big weekly shop delivered today. Girls are back at school tomorrow so no more staying in my pjs doing jigsaws all day. I think the next CC payment is due to come out Tuesday so will at least have an update then.
