wireless help required please

Just setting up Sons laptop but can`t get it connected to internet and needless to say , he`s devastaded !

Laptops saying if you have a USB flash drive with network settings for livebox-123c insert it now

How do I get my settings from livebox onto a USB flash ?

I need to do this as I`ve tried 4 or 5 times entering security key and it`s not registering

any help appreciated as always !

Thanks browntoa but thats not exactly what I`m after ,

On laptop which has vista when I`m trying to connect wirelessly it shows our livebox but when I click on it I need to insert security key or WEP number .

This is on bottom of livebox but I`ve now entered it about 15 times and it doesn`t recognise it ! :-(

I seem to remember I`d the same problem with my own laptop and I popped a USB flash into livebox , copied data across and , hey presto . It worked

I just can`t remember how on earth I managed it last time. . . . . ?
