Does anyone else not get a confirmation of entry? The "Sign up" button greys out for me once selected but nothing else seems to happen.2

Yes, same for me. Then double checked all my form entries and "Favourite venue" had 'Walkabout, Bristol' so I clicked the yellow search button immediately to the right of it and then it auto-filled the full address of the venue - then the page started to reload, very slowly, then went back 'home'....
