  • Beanie I've got a bottle of N1vea on the go at the moment as a body moisturiser - that smell is completely evocative of childhood as my Nan used to use it!

I like their eye make-up remover as I do like a good smoky eye. Takes everything off with no scrubbing

  • Evening everyone
@EssexHebridean. The smell of N1vea is very evocative for me as well as it was a favourite of my late mother.
@foxgloves. I am a convert definitely but I don’t think it’s instinctive yet, more part of my intentional actions. I do think though, that it will become natural and the mental shift is the first part of that.
I like a Smokey eye as well - unfortunately I’m not very adept and if I attempted it I would look like I’d been on the boxing ring!!! So I stick to lips and don’t attempt eyes🤣.
Thanks for the recommendation @beanielou.  It sounds sad but I have started making a list in my little notebook.   I know one of my SIL uses Nivea so I may see if I can pinch a bit to try.

I did succumb to a drive-thru coffee on my long drive home today.  On the plus side, it came out of personal spends (I have been very parsimonious with spending my personal money this month).  I was really tired and had already drunk the coffee I had made at the office.  All my other coffee was decaf so I had a strong caffeinated coffee and it did the trick.

I use their facial wash, their moisturiser.
I will admit that I use templespa repose at night when I remember & their neck cream also as & when I remember.

  • Just a quick hello this evening.  Very tired after a busy week.  Really looking forward to our budget review this weekend.  I will post the outcomes from month one over the weekend.
    Hope everyone is well

  • Joining you on the busy week front here, have a good weekend! I quite like the end of the month review and seeing how much money we've saved or paid off etc. Hope it goes well!
  • Thank you @FacelessNumber. I am really looking forward to it.  There are some negatives within the month as well but I want to get it all documented so we can measure progress.
I have let Mr L know his presence is required 🤣.
