disputable parking fine ? - looking for advice

Options
received a parking fine demand for "exceeded maximum stay period"

entry time of 7.52am and exit time of 8.15am

parking sign says
"10 minutes maximum stay" between 8pm to 8am
"2 hours maximum stay" between 8am to 8pm

assuming the parking fine company will not cancel this fine then can I dispute the fine & win if I need to go to court ? (on the basis I only parked for 8 minutes between 8pm to 8am )

Go to whatever business you were visiting and ask them to cancel it for you.

It's unlikely that it is a fine but rather an invoice for parking and yes you can dispute it in court and win.

    It's not a fine.

Please stop taking it so seriously and tell us the name of the 'outrageous scam' artist?

    Company is called "Ocean Parking"

The car park is a retail area rather than a council car park

I will try visting a couple of the stores to see if they are willing to help (B&M & Halfords) - they both open at 8am so hopefully they will understand its not a fair demand as I only arrived 8 minutes before they open - I dont have a receipt I can show them for any purchase but hopefully that wont matter

Remember that it will be the vehicle keeper who complaints without naming the driver. The keeper should complain to their MP as well.
