    Don't do IVA!

    DMP and pay £1... for unsecured debt. 

    IVA can make you bankrupt if you fail toe maintain even one payment....

    If you do get a charge/restriction afrter a CCJ and the judgement has not set an instalment the best bet is to do an N245 and set an instalment, this will prevent an order for sale as long as it is maintained. If there are any payment issues contact the creditor to agree a payment holiday but they will usually want you to make up the arrears on later payments.
