  • Thank you all so much! I will follow your advice and sort it out tomorrow (address via post and emails) 🙏🏻. I sincerely hope I won't have to ask for more help if I can figure it out as per the newbie thread but I'll try and post updates.

Hi I’ve also had a ‘fine’ from Smart Parking.

i received a fine after parking at a local pub. The scheme in place was a nominal parking fee (all day) which was then refunded at the bar when you bought a drink. We paid and then stayed for drinks until we left. My wife drove home as she was pregnant however it’s my name on the “fine”. I have multiple transactions on my bank account to share as proof which I have done.

the parking scheme was such a shambles it’s now been removed by the venue.

my only possible thought is that they have us down as leaving at 12:01 and the perceive a new parking session to have started?

I appealed via there process as we had infact paid the parking and I shared proof via bank transactions. They’ve then aggressively chased and have now sent this letter.

    Do I need to worry?

    cheers,

No, ignore that letter. Read the NEWBIES thread fourth post with the pics of £170 threatograms like that one.
