  • Thanks for the update, I agree with you - I think I'd only use it for a potential 'sell out' bag in future - sorry if anyone was disadvantaged by this as I thought Mulberry were 100% genuine (although I suppose at least you have the bag you wanted at 505 off -many have sold out now) - I know harrods offer an extra 10% off sale prices for their cardholders - the disadvantage being you have to go there in person which can be pretty hectic during sale times - anyway - enjoy the bag and have a very happy new year!

    I am not disgruntled as I did receive the refund to give me 50% off which is good of them to do but I am not impressed that I haven't received the bag yet. Has anyone else got theirs yet?
  • I ordered last year and remember it coming quickly, I'm sure Mulberry can track it for you - why not give them a ring and ask them to do so? Good luck and enjoy your bag when it arrives!

    So after 7 phone calls and being told each time someone would call me back, I finally received an e-mail last night to say I wouldn't be getting the bag as there was some sort of error. They didn't have as many as they thought and were honouring the orders on a first come first serve basis. I purchased mine at 9am on xmas day!! Surely I should be in line for a bag? Anyway, they have offer me a paltry 10% off anything left in the sale which doesn't help me. I was already meant to be receiving the 10% off in the preview. I have told them their gesture of good will is poor and they need to offer me a better discount as thanks to them I have lost all chances of purchasing the bag from somewhere else (which I could have as I work near at least 5 places that sell Mulberry). Truly dissppointing.

    I agree, totally out of order, if you can be bothered to write, it will probably be more successful (as I recently found with a problem holiday) - sorry that the preview turned out this way, I won't post it next year, and good luck if you do write (I find writing to the MD is usually the best bet).
