Freesat TV Guide & Timer recording not working since Christmas Eve

I can't find anything on the Freesat site about this but does anyone else have the same issue which started around Christmas Eve?  In essence no timer recordings work at all.  I know this has happened in the past on Freesat & eventually someone there gets their finger out & fixes it.  There's going to be a lot of disgruntled users with failed Christmas TV recordings.  I'm in Kent.

No there isn't because that's what on-demand is for.

Does the programme guide display correctly? If it does, it's more likely to be a problem within your set-top box than with the satellite transmission. Examples could be: storage hard disk full or storage system corrupted.

If you record you can fast forward any adverts or annoying chat

It's working just fine on my Foxsat-HDR recorder.

Problem your end.
Check signal/quality readings of various different channels.

LCN 999 Freesat Info is one on the transponder that carries the full EPG and postcode tuning data.
