Santander payment limit reduced?

Hi has anyone noticed if their santander current account shows a lower payment limit?
Mine seems limited to 25k and that is only once I have manually updated the preference which was actually set at 2k. Previously this was not an issue.

Santander has always had £25,000 per transfer limit (x4 daily for £100k total), they changed the default to lower with multiple emails/app notices before hand months ago. You can as you mentioned increase it back to 25k from the app.

Yes, mine was reduced to £5,000 some months back. I restored it to £25,000

Yes you can increase it after reading the warning

You can also set the online limit back to £25K online. You do not have to use the app. I keep getting messages saying that my limit has been set to £5K, but when I click the link to change it back, I am told that it is £25K. You can still transfer £100K over the phone, or more with CHAPS.
