not sure with thread to put this in. and also not sure if anyone can help I've been trying to register a Nordictrack cross trainer
Even time I get to putting in the serial number is saying its not a valid format. I've tried all ways to input the number. I feel as though I'm going mad.I'm not 2 days over for claiming the extra warranty . so not happy.

Are any of the numbers actually letters ?
What is the number on the product? Can we have a photo ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Where did you buy it?Sometimes if someone is selling stock that was destined for another market - the serial numbers might not be on the UK database for additional warranty coverage. Happens a lot with electronics such as cameras. You might have to contact NT's Uk customer service to see if they can manually add it - or whether they'll refuse to do so if it's not UK stock.... (this is all just a possibility to consider at this stage)0

I'd imagine they're pretty decent as suppliers go - so likely a phone call to try and remedy in the new year as you say... You might not be the only one having the problem. You could email both fitness superstore and nordictrack directly to explain you're having a problem - to get the fact you've tried to report it on record, even if it's solved by a phone call in January.

Are you putting the o's as numbers or letters as they look like numbers
Why do companies do this and make it ambiguous?0 -
I’ve tried both, as soon as I put the pp it comes up with the not valid format, I’ve even tried vv instead of the w. So frustratingcerebus said:Are you putting the o's as numbers or letters as they look like numbers
