Just logged back in in this is working now, I can read my messages again. I could not see an option to delete this thread. No maturity option and gets moved to a new 1.2% easy access. I will transfer it out as soon as it matures.

They sent me an "You have an important new document to read" email with "You may need to take action" in the text but I cannot read it. For a few days now I get the following message when I try to read or send secure messages.

"We're sorry Online Banking is not available at the moment. We're working to fix the problem as soon as we can.
For general enquires you can still email us at [email protected]"

I sent an email over a week ago and have not received a reply. I have a fixed account maturing soon.

Are their secure message services working or is it just my account?
