Just logged back in in this is working now, I can read my messages again. I could not see an option to delete this thread. No maturity option and gets moved to a new 1.2% easy access. I will transfer it out as soon as it matures.
They sent me an "You have an important new document to read" email with "You may need to take action" in the text but I cannot read it. For a few days now I get the following message when I try to read or send secure messages.
"We're sorry Online Banking is not available at the moment. We're working to fix the problem as soon as we can.
For general enquires you can still email us at contact.us@cahoot.com"
I sent an email over a week ago and have not received a reply. I have a fixed account maturing soon.
Are their secure message services working or is it just my account?

I was able to login and read messages latest being sent 19th Dec.

I had a Cahoot account years ago, possibly 20 or 30 years ago. I am sure I had very little money in it, but have no idea what my password would be! I have just received an email as follows...

Not sure what point you are making. If you need a password reset then just follow the online instructions.
In any case it would be a good idea to remove your real name from your post, against MSE policy to be identifiable, and may lead to spam/scams.0 -
Cahoot launched in 2000, that looks similar to emails I get when they send you an online doc.
the telephone numbers are on the Cahoot contacts, but check the header…. As flaneurs_lobster says follow password reset online instructions.0
