  • Also online and don't forget 6% cashback through quidco.
  • Quaily of service is poor at whsmith. They didn't respond to my last two support queries and my items didn't arrive on time.

It might just be me, but I can't get to the final checkout page, it's saying to ring a number, I'm guessing the site is busy

It can be for some, but why advertise that your online sale is on if there's no online support???:confused::confused: And tell you to call them when there isn't anyone there???

  • WH Smith cannot be long for this world. There is nothing you can buy from it that is not available elsewhere for less money. It's been living on borrowed time for a long while now and making mistakes and losing customer confidence won't help.

I can't remember the last time I went into a WH Smith.

I go in after Christmas every year to buy my cards for the following year. They are a great price in the sale and really unusual but a total rip-off at full price.

    Same with Woolies imo.
Got Smiths vouchers last xmas and ended up spending it on stuff for uni as I begrudge paying their prices, even if it's not 'real' money as it were. Got another one this year (thanks Nan) and just thought 'oh, no'. Yes, I know I sound ungrateful, but you know what I mean.....
