Statutory Demand

Just to give an update it’s looking increasingly unlikely Tony Herrington can help. He has said that the company we are dealing with dissolved in 2020. And the new company is said to be owned by her daughter. We are receiving emails from the original named company. He also said there are debt judgements against both companies. Does that mean they have to pay? I’m thinking a statutory demand might be the way to go.0

Further update: Tony has agreed to help us. I gave the executor a deadline and she never acknowledged the email and the deadline passed.0
