Shanta Gold bought by Saturn Resources

What will happen to my shares in Shanta Gold, they are delisting from AIM, but I assume my shareholding will just be transferred to Saturn Resources?

I did think Shanta was worth holding onto for a larger increase in share price.

From https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/market-news/recommended-cash-acquisition/16259660 it would appear your shares will be sold to Saturn at a price of 13.5p/share.  You will also receive a dividend of 0.15p/share.
