I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi apologies to jump in. I have a court hearing 9th Jan for Spring/DCB, did they submit their WS / court bundle prior to your discontinuation?
