1) The prize comprises a seven (7) night cruise holiday to Tahiti with Windstar for two (2) people including;

a) Return indirect Economy flights from London to Papeete, Tahiti

b) Return group transfers from the airport to the ship

c) An additional night may be provided near to Los Angeles airport subject to flight timings. This would be one (1) night’s hotel accommodation sharing a twin / double room on a bed and breakfast basis

d) Seven (7) nights ’”Dreams of Tahiti” cruise on board the Star Breeze sharing a Star Porthole Suite 

e) Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner and soft drinks on board

f) Included within the “All In” cruise package is WiFi, unlimited beer, wine and cocktails and gratuities whilst on board

g) All activities and on board entertainment

2) Both the winner and guest must be 21 years of age at the time of travel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel and / or ship for security deposit purposes.

3) The prize must be taken by 30th June 2025 but cannot be taken between 15th December 2024 and 5th January 2025. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

4) Booking is subject to availability. 

5) Flight routings are at the discretion of Windstar.

7) The prize is non-transferable, non-extendable and must be used by the prize winner and guest.

8) Booking is subject to the terms of Windstar’s passage contract and Windstar’s general terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.windstarcruises.com/terms-conditions/.

9) Please note that shore excursions are an additional cost.

10) Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel / cruise or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

11) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

12) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

13) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

14) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. Accessibility links can be found below:

15) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to  quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

16) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

17) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

18) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

19) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

20) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other  travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
