The Farley Centre Possible PCN

Hi,
so i recently parked at the Farley centre car park run by Bank Park Management Ltd in West Bromwich. I, in the Christmas rush madness forgot to check parking and had no idea that I had to pay on arrival. When going to pay for my parking before leaving I realised I should have paid on entry.
I tried to call the number displayed 3 times but every call rung out and offered leaving a voicemail which I did on the 3rd call leaving my number but I’ve had no call back.

I then paid for 3 hours parking before leaving even though I was parked for a little under a hour.
My question is will I get a PCN for not paying on arrival even though I paid for more than I stayed before leaving?
If so is there any way I can fight it as it was a genuine mistake and I paid before leaving the car park?

Has anyone else had this issue before as I’ve never used this car park before.
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
