not sure if right forum for this one ?
Hi all anyone know what the actual grant is as I've spoken to so many company's now and each one has given us different criteria to fit to get grant for rented with UC in place
i was there and there where not even a ltd company on the GOV website , flyer only had mobile number and now website of details at all . told the not interested
I had one company visit do survey we know we can get the grant as house is EPC E rated and they said they done have the funding currently to do our job? - Basically they would not get enough profit on the work to make it worth there while
its a total mind field out there . dose any one know what you can get on this grant as even the Gov site is not very helpful
lots of people cant benefit form this EC04 Grant I'm sure

I thought I was ineligible for ECO4 because I had too much capital (although once I'd spent it on energy improvements I wouldn't be!) but in my area the criteria have been relaxed and you may qualify if your annual income is under £31k.
So far, I've supplied all the financial information and that has been forwarded to the local authority for consideration. The co-ordinators have also done their own EPC survey, which has got the original F-rating down to a G-rating, which is good for the amount of funding that would be available.
I'm hoping to get a heat-pump and new central heating/hot water system and solar panels and some improvements to insulation.0
