Apple App Store refunds

So it’s not major issue but one I’m being told different sides.

i had a mobile phone contract what has now terminated, and since it had been I received confirmation for some refunds for apple purchases, some were made my my bank card others I put onto my mobile bill(carrier bill)

I’ve received refunds for card purchases but the mobile bill ones according to apple are carrier account error due to account no longer being active, senior support said they can’t do anything, after some back and forth with both parties referring to each other.

i managed to get in writing form apple there loosely wording due to privacy what they can allow suggesting it’s with mobile provider, I also got invoices for the amounts/refunds sent by apple for ones approved and showing that refund error.

what should I do, I can’t believe this isn’t a common issue which is easy to encounter

It's going to be fairly rare that people get refunds from the App Store in general and so the rate of people paying by mobile, getting a refund and having cancelled their mobile agreement are probably tiny.

Well they were all
within eligible refund period and I didn’t cancel it I was offered out to my contract due to poor service

I've not heard the term before but 'I was offered out to my contract' sounds very close to 'I cancelled'.

What do the T&Cs say? Are they similar to Amazon? Amazon say if you cancel your account you immediately lose access to everything including items you have paid for.

My phone company I’ve had poor service and made a compliant, one of many. As it was last 2 months they offered my out of my contract for price of couple of weeks usage.

my Apple Store refunds what need to be refunded to my mobile bill, as I paid them via that every month but as account is closed the refunds won’t go there and apple cannot redirect them to my bank.

i basically paid for services on apples App Store and have received refunds but they would
of been as credit on my next months phone bill, something I no longer will recive
