Send whatever you have and state what that medical condition is, and why you needed that bay (stamina issues?) then ignore them.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • As a blue badge holder, people who unnecessarily take up disabled bays can have a detrimental effect on my health.  Having to park further away, or in a small space can ruin my health for days or weeks after. It may even mean I cannot get out and do a shop or go to an appointment, etc.

Please think of others when you park.

We get that, but on private land, a person with a relevant and long-term medical need can use an accessible bay.

It isn't governed by Blue Badges only.  That's a Council scheme and is not the only indicator of disability need on private land.

The Equality Act 2010 prevails and the duty to make 'reasonable adjustments' for disabled patrons. Not just those with a Blue Badge.

Also this is a dead thread from 2023!
