JAJA CREDIT CARD ISSUES

Has anyone out there recently had and sudden and unexplained cancellation/blocking of their JAJA card?
I've had mine for years and use it regularly, never pay the minimum (always try to clear the balance) and have only been late making a payment once in all the years I've had it, but three weeks ago it was declined when I tried to use it and all of my phone and internet access disappeared in a trice. When I called them about it they said my account was "under review" and that I'd be hearing from the investigations team soon, but I've had no contact from anyone since and despite calling them about it several times they flatly refuse to discuss the situation with me nor will they advise me of a timescale for it to be resolved.
Has anyone else had this kind of issue recently?

Yes - people with all brands of credit cards will have experienced that.

Sounds like an investigation by their fraud team.  They won't tell you anything whilst it's ongoing, you'll just have to wait.
