Euro Car Parks fine - while using mechanic in Car Park - too late to appeal

Hi - I was fined by Euro Cark Parks for parking more than 2 hours in a Morrison's car park.
This was because I was using a mechanics located in the car park.
I appealed by this was rejected as I found out that the mechanics didn't enter me in the system to be exempt from 2 hour limit.
They have subsequently added me, so I should be exempt now. However I went to appeal through POPLA - but realise I have left it too late as it has been more than 28 days since my rejection.
Does anyone know if there is a way forward without paying the fine?
Please let me know if you require any further information.

It is not a fine.
PoPLA codes last at least 32 days, so it is still worth trying an appeal if you are within 33 days. What happened when you complained to the landowner and your MP? That is always Plan A, and it is never too late to do so.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

You don't have a fine. It isn't a fine.
DO NOT PAY THIS!
Just get the retail park managing agents (we do not mean the parking firm) to cancel it, like everyone else here does with retail park PCNs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
