Ollygolf said:I will definitely challenge the 1st decision, and make it clear it is the 1st one on that date, I will post the outcome for future posts, one final question, I am presuming that the benefit will not be stopped until the outcome as it is not the current one in question?
Many thanks againPayments are never stopped if you challenge any decision.Ollygolf said:I meant to ask where can I the form/template to challenge please
Quickest way to do this if you have access to a journal is to write on there the reasons why you think you should have been found to have LCWRA the first time. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activityhttps://www.gov.uk/mandatory-reconsideration/how-to-ask-for-mandatory-reconsideration there's also a link in there with a form you can download and send.

If I'm understanding you have had two phone WCA.
You should request a copy both assessments which is different to the UCD81 decision letter. Compare them as see what the differences are.
Base you appeal on the incorrect areas of your first WCA
