Home Insurance increase

Has anyone had any issues with home insurance this year? I see from the recent newsletter that we are expecting an increase of 36% but my current insurance is £330 and the cheapest quote I’ve had from various sites is £530!!

As always, 36% was the anticipated average increase but inevitably some will see more and others will see less. Motor is even worse hit with over 50% anticipated but some people have seen modest reductions, some have seen prices triple and some with a Range Rover cannot get anyone to quote at all.
As always, shop around and find the offering with the best balance of price and quality for you.0 -
And I thought my increase of £50 to £200 was robbery this morning. Guess I should be grateful and keep quiet0
