As we head to the end of the year, despite some members not starting and others with life getting in the way, I think it's important to say that so far as a group we have saved £13,820 this year.
Astonishing!

#19 adding three small numbers to the pot today. 2, 6, and 8.
I think this will leave me with numbers totaling £100 which I will add when I get paid Friday as I'm due some back pay.
I'm going to use the money to pay for Christmas and also bring my credit card balance down (it's on 0% so not costing me anything in interest but time it was cleared).
Thanks for running the challenge this year. I may not join next year as life events mean saving isn't so much an issue and I need to focus on decluttering, although I may use money from anything I sell to add to a challenge.
If anyone can recommend any decluttering or selling forums that would be helpful.
Thanks again.#13 2025 Cash Envelope (or online) Saving Challenge

It would be great to see you again next year, but completely understand that life happens. I will be in a similar position next year as our home situation has recently changed.
I can't offer any advice on selling sites, I use vinted but to be honest every site just seems to be so 'scammy' these days you have to be so careful! Might be worth looking on some of the other threads for advice?

Oh, you had me wondering if I had £100 or £102 left but I've had a quick peak at your spreadsheet and week 8 has 6 instead of 8 so i think it is £100.
I may stay next year, will see how it goes 😁#13 2025 Cash Envelope (or online) Saving Challenge
