Thanks Flowers. This challenge is so good as it's really motivating me to get on top of targeted savings.

I'm going to keep accumulating whatever I can, and then as I reach £50, cross off two envelopes. That's how I was able to do 1 and 49. The next ones will be 2 and 48, then 3 and 47. Only having to worry about squirreling away change until I get to £50 has made the whole challenge seem a lot more achievable. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by my late start as well, and then thought, I needed to make it as simple as possible.
