British Gas extends half-price electricity on Sundays DO YOU ACTUALLY GET THE DISCOUNT THEY PROMISE

This has now been extended until March 2024................
Well I am not exactly sure how British gas works out their electricity prices for this offer.
We have been on the tariff since July 2023 and specifically take use of it to charge an EV.

Bill arrived in September - no discounts applied whatsoever. Phoned up, and apparently a glitch with the smart meter, and would be sorted out with the next bill.
That has now arrived, and still no discounts applied for July/August/September or October. November and December show Credits or just 41pence, which is absolutely pathetic, and just feel conned.
Have again spoken to Customer Services who will escalate it, a bit like they never did in August, and just running through the mill again.

The car is charged for say 40/50KW so well within their 60KW limit over their period of 11.00am to 4.00pm.
Is anyone else having problems with this so called ‘cheap tariff’ that does not materialise?
We have a smart meter, but also see that the ‘daily usage’ on the website for Gas and Electricity is no longer available to view.
