Acorn Retail Park, Crawley

The driver received a parking charge today for overstaying the 2 hour limit at the carpark.

Does any one know the name and contact address for the Retail Park Management company as a request will be made to them and the on-site retailers to get Euro car Parks to cancel the charge

Is there a pillar or plinth at the location with al the retailers listed which also may have somewhere on it the name of the management company for the site? Have you tried Google?

Did you shop at Aldi, M&S or Smyths Toys?
If so, why not ask them to deal with the matter?

Parkopedia states that UK Car Park Management Ltd 'manage' parking at Acorn Retail Park in Crawley.

Definitely Euro Car Parks....we shopped in all three, so will ask them. But in the event they can't help I want an alternative

The pillar sign I see on Google Maps only has the names of the stores.
i have tried Google for the management company but no luck

Don't try it by email - far to easy for them to refuse help.
Go into the shops with your receipts and copies of the PCN and look them in the eye.

You don't have a fine.

All large retail parks display the site agents at the entrance and/or have a 'contact us' option, if they have a website.

Easy to cancel fake PCNs.  You know what PLAN A is because the NEWBIES thread tells you.
