    LOST the case.

Charge limited to £100 and have to cover other fees of £112 so £212 in total to pay.

Judge was satisfied that PoC was compliant, NtK was compliant, signage was clear etc.

Judge commented that my WS was not helpful and I think the words she used was "highly evasive" (whatever that means).

She didn't address anything in my WS about the car being there for 2 minutes (as per the Claimant's evidence) nor the fact that their contract with the landowner expired in 2021 - I guess I could have brought that up if I was there? Would it have made a difference? Who knows.

As these were major points in the case, is there a way to appeal the judgement?

No, I'm so sorry.  You will have to pay in full.

These were the reason you had to be there because these were your winning points but there was no witness to voice them:

It would, I think. Sadly too late now.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
