Nightmare! Been trying to sort out for b-i-l since April with a view to him getting pension in July 23. Originally told it would take 6 weeks. In spite of multiple e mails sent to them  he finally got a quote a couple of weeks ago. Totally unacceptable but have struggled to find who complain to.
