West Midlands Pension

Hi all-
My husband died in August. Everything was sorted out quite quickly.
He had a small pension with West Midlands Pension(local government) which was paid every three months, £127.00. I let them know in mid September and sent all the documents they asked for and completed forms etc. I have rang them a couple of times and I know they have all they need. I have also said I would like to take it as a lump sum(which I don’t think would be very much). Does anyone know how long it takes to process this as were mow in mid December? Additionally there’s an amount of £67.92 owed to my husband for which sent the form back a month ago and has not been paid. Thanks

WMPF changed their software suppliers this year and (as is usual in these things) it appears there have been a number of 'teething issues' during the transition. Your best bet is to ask them outright for a timeframe.Loosygoosey said:My husband died in August. Everything was sorted out quite quickly.
