Legal aid fraud

Hello

Me and my ex are going to family court over child arrangement. He claims legal aid through false allegations of domestic abuse. I have an evidence of him having savings abroad but 3 months prior to this date he bought a second hand car abroad for his holiday purposes and keeps the car abroad. I suspect that he did it in order to deprive himself savings abroad. Could this be classed as legal aid fraud? It would be 5 months all together before the first hearing. Thank you for answer.
