    I have added in Jopson and submitted my defence by email. I got an auto response which spent a lot of time talking about complaints but then included a confirmation of receipt. It looks like I get to put my feet up for a while now. 

    Thanks all for your help on this and I hope you had a nice Christmas. 

    I'll let you know what happens next.

    Just use the standard defence template, add in your paragraphs 2 & 3, which will be different to @LetItSnow789 and search either the forum or ask Auntie Google for Jopson v Homeguard
