Cost involved using alexa?

As an experiment, ive6 just asked alexa to phone me. She did, I answered then asked alexa to stop, she did.

Ive just looked at recent calls on phone, and it says International then the number. Does it mean a charge for has been incurred?

Do you mean it had a +44 at the start of your number and the zero was missing?

If that's the case then that's completely normal

Incoming calls are charged to the call maker, not the call receiver.

unless if course your agreement with Amazon specifies Alexa calls are chargeable to you
