While supplies last (suggest arriving at the beginning), you can get a free Christmas bauble, to fill with free shredded banknotes.
17:45 - 18:15 The Bank of England Museum Choir will be singing carols.
The museum will be open (free) and this includes an exhibition on the slave trade in the Caribbean, and the opportunity to stroke a real gold bar. There are activity sheets for kids and teenagers at the information desk or they can be downloaded in advance. The website also has a spot the banknote error video game.
