PIP Mandatory Reconsideration - Letter & Evidence

Hi,

This probably seems like a silly question but I want to ensure I do everything 'right', to avoid any issues. Do I need to put my name, DOB and NI number at the top of every sheet of my letter and evidence that I send in, or just the first page of each document?

Thanks in advance :)

Every page, just in case it gets separated (I think just NIN is enough).

  • I would make sure name date and Nino on each sheet... if you're doing it electronically you can set as a page header

    Number them as well, 1 of X, 2 of X etc rather than 1 , 2, 3…

I would, as at a guess they will all be scanned onto the system & read from their rather than the paper copies.

Knowing how often scanning gets mixed up. Better to play safe. As anything that can not be tied to a customer etc, tends to get deleted.
