future eligibility to state pension

My daughter is 23 years old and at the moment she does not work and she does not get benefits apart from PIP enhanced rate as she has savings over £16k because she was left some money from a neighbour who died. She has been assessed as limited capability to work, she is blind and has advanced stage 4 kidney disease. I am concerned about her future eligibility to state pension, if it still exists in some form at that time, and I need advice about what I can do now to prepare for her old age and if there is anyone that I should contact in this regard.

https://www.gov.uk/national-insurance-credits/eligibility I think she may be able to apply for ESA and get a £0 award but will still get NI credits. Has she checked her NI record ?

Molerat's advice is correct. New style ESA can still be a claimed for NI credits only based on LCW.
