    update

i had to basically let the meters go to zero. So soon the emergency credit went on both gas and electricity, they sent out an engineer to come fix new meters yesterday. Only waited a hour.

I had to call citizens advice Monday who then put me through to sp complaint department and he he tried to remotely do some settings but something to do with my electric meter which can’t I remember what,so he said new meters but the company they use to use new meters apparently won’t allow a engineer to come out unless supply is on 0.
