What does this symbol mean in Android 12 ?

Looks like an icon for "wind"... but is not exclusive to any Android OS version, nor even Android.

Hint: use Google Image search on that icon picture to find similar things. 
Other search engines are available.

Any context to add? Where are you seeing it? is it an app icon, something in the notification area?

My first thought, having not seen it before despite being an Android 13 user, is that it represents wind.

Apart from the calming sounds app mentioned above many symbols can be manufacturer specific, what brand phone is it ?

It means that your walking sticks have fallen over. (Probably in the wind).

It's an "Honor" brand phone
