I have found steps and edited post that you have answered to...
Is this correct steps to proceed?

Use the same e-mail to send to CNBC and the claimant with a copy to yourself, that way if it is delivered to one of the recipients, chances are it is delivered to them all. This gets around the oft-seen claim by the claimants that they did not receive the defendant's DQ.0

Wow that was a quick back-down by CST Law! At this rate we'll need to start counting their discontinuances. Looks like they are as court-shy as DCB Legal.
